All references in this Policy to “Client”, “User”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual(s) who accepted or proposes to accept products or services by Kingdom Connect, including the use of the https://kingdomconnect.sg/ website (“Site”).
Kingdom Connect aims to maintain a high level of trust with all clients and prospective clients by adhering to the principles of applicable data protection and privacy laws in Singapore. Kingdom Connect treats your online privacy with utmost care and respect. Our Privacy Policy statement here elaborates on how we collect your personal information and the purposes for such collection, the ways we use your information and how we protect it.
Types of Information Collected and Used
Kingdom Connect may collect personal and non-personal identification information from Clients in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when a Client visits our Site, registers on the Site, fills out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available both on our Site and places of business.
We may collect personal identification information from Clients only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Clients can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

- Personal data about you and your family members, which may include names, identification particulars, contact details, preferences, family background, educational information, demographic data, payment details and transaction history.
Such information is used solely for transactional purposes and administrative use, including collating event timings/scheduling or enabling us to perform our obligations to you, and providing you with information and services that you request from us or information and services offered by us which we think you may be interested in and all other purposes to which you may agree with us from time to time.
- Information and data generated in the course of any continual relationship with Kingdom Connect, for example, instructions given by you to arrange event registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and other information and records you choose to provide by various modes of communication including mail, telephone, SMS, fax, email, Internet and market research; We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site.
Where we collect personal data relating to a minor (a person under 18 years of age), for example in connection with event registrations, we will obtain the consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, except where the minor may validly give consent under applicable law and guidance.
Non-personal information may include information from cookies, other technologies deployed for the analysis or website usage or other information technology applications used by our Site, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address when you visit our website that helps provide us details for the necessary support and/or resolution of any technical or website experience issues our users may encounter.

Kingdom Connect may collect and use clients’ personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate and administer Kingdom Connect products and services, or to process applications for Kingdom Connect products and services, business or financial transactions, and to maintain service quality levels and train staff;
- To facilitate operational processes including but not limited to event management, payment administration and statistical analysis;
- To maintain accurate client information and enable customised experiences that meet your preferences and needs;
- To maintain Kingdom Connect’s relationship with you, which may include providing information on Kingdom Connect’s products and services, where specifically consented to or where permissible under applicable laws and regulations;
- For marketing and communication;
- To facilitate product development and service refinements via customer feedback, data analysis and market research;
- To perform internal management, to operate management information systems, to carry out and enable internal and external audits;
- To enforce or defend the rights of Kingdom Connect, its employees, officers and directors;

Where we send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number by voice call, SMS or other message, we will do so only in accordance with the Do Not Call provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), including checking the Do Not Call Registry or obtaining your clear and unambiguous consent to receive such messages.
We may disclose your personal information in the following situations:

- If we are enforcing our rights under any contracts or agreements; or
- If we engage third party providers to perform specific services but only to the extent necessary to allow them to perform their contracts with us; or
- If we are protecting our rights and property or safety or those of our clients or others.

We DO NOT sell or rent your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners or vendors. Please be assured that we treat your privacy with utmost respect and will NOT voluntarily or knowingly, subject the data to exploitation by other parties.
Data Storage
Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is hosted and managed by MailChimp. Your data is stored through MailChimp’s data storage, databases and the general MailChimp application. MailChimp stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. MailChimp’s terms of service and privacy policy can be viewed here.
As MailChimp stores data on servers located outside Singapore, we will ensure, in accordance with section 26 of the PDPA, that any personal data transferred outside Singapore is accorded a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, including through contractual data protection safeguards with our service providers.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for access requests, and will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
